Do you ship worldwide? Yes! Our creations reach seekers around the globe.
Where do you ship from? Our enchanted items are primarily shipped from our warehouse in Hong Kong, and we also work with other trusted suppliers and inventory hubs around the world.
Can I change or cancel my order? If you need changes, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. After that, it may already be on its way. Once received, you can follow our return process if needed.
What payment methods do you accept? We accept major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal. Safe and simple.
When will my order be processed? Orders are prepared between Monday and Friday, taking 1-3 business days to process before shipping. During busy times, it may take longer. No shipping on weekends.
